FAQ - T&C'S: FAQ

Bookings & Payments

All online bookings and payments are made via the website and processed via PayPal or Cash on the day in full. Full payment is required to hold your spot for a workshop or term class.
All bookings are non-refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations nor do we refund no shows. If you are unable to make it to a class your spot will still be available and you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
We can transfer your spot to a future class with fair warning of at least two weeks notice.
In the rare case when unforeseen circumstances arise and Kids Creative Kitchen cancels or reschedules a class, customers will be notified and a future class will be offered, no refunds will be given.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds but we are happy for you to send another family member or friend in your place should sickness or any other issue arise.
You cannot transfer to a future class If you cannot make it on the day, this requires two weeks notice and providing there is space in that chosen class.

What is provided in class?

All participants booked into a 10 week term class receives their own apron, a container to take their food home with them and a ring binder folder to store all their recipes and worksheets.
All classes an apron, cooking utensil and recipes for the day.

What about dietary requirements?

We do our very best to accomodate all dietary requirements but its unavoidable in some classes. Being a plant based school we do not have dairy, meat, eggs or shellfish.
We do use nuts and products that have package warnings about traces of nuts, we do also use gluten products. These aren't in every class and of course if you contact us in advanced we can accomodate the best way we can.

What do I need to bring?

All participants need to wear closed toe shoes, comfortable clothing and long hair to be tied back. Students should also bring a happy attitude, it's all about fun.
