This class is a combined cooking class with a bonus wellness class on soul purpose.

The cooking class is plant based and gluten free and includes recipes with ingredients plus a live recorded class to watch in your own time.

Sticky tofu fried rice
Vegan banana bread
Also included are some bonus recipes with an introduction to health webinar and a safety video for kids in the kitchen!
