Cancellation Policy

Sessions can not be cancelled unless cancellation occurs 14 days prior to class and rebooked at a future class in that current term. No shows will not receive a refund. If you wish to send a friend or family member in your place, you're very welcome, please just let us know the details of who is coming. If in the rare case Kids Creative Kitchen cancels reschedules a class customers will be notified and a future class will be offered in that term. No refunds will be given. You cannot transfer to a future class if you cannot make it on the day, this requires two weeks notice and providing there is space in that chosen class. Please note Kids Creative Kitchen takes no responsibility for children with allergies or intolerances but we do our very best to cater for all of our customers, please contact us to speak further about the options.
